Stephan Singer

Stephan heads the work for CAN International on climate science and energy policy with a focus on clean renewables. He is a frequent peer reviewer on IEA and IPCC publications. He had worked for GIZ in India and Kenya on poverty alleviation and soil carbon dynamics, as a free-lanced journalist, since 1993 until 2015 in various functions on energy and climate issues in WWF Germany, WWF Europe and WWF International. Stephan is with CAN since 2016, an organisation representing more than 1900 CSO in about 130 countries working on all aspects of climate change.
