Phoebe Holmes

Phoebe Holmes is a Target Validation Manager at CDP, conducting in-depth assessments of corporate emissions reduction targets to ensure they align with the latest climate science. Phoebe has experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, project management, client relationship management and written communication for various platforms, including journal articles and opinion pieces.

Phoebe holds an MA in Global Development from the University of Leeds. Research areas she has been personally inspired by include the political economy of natural resource management, indigenous rights and economic crime. Prior to joining CDP, Phoebe’s research focused on access to water, sanitation and hygiene systems for marginalised rural and urban communities in the face of climate change.
