Building on the IPCC’s Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5°C, in April 2019 the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is introducing new technical resources to enable companies to set emissions reduction targets in line with global trajectories to keep warming at 1.5°C and well-below 2°C.

During this 90-minute webinar, you will learn about updates to the SBTi’s target-setting methods and target validation criteria, new and updated technical resources for setting science-based targets, and have your questions answered by SBTi experts. We will host two sessions to accommodate audiences across the globe.

The session is relevant for companies interested in setting science-based targets, companies interested in updating existing targets, consultants, investors and other stakeholders.
