The Net-Zero Transition: What are Net-Zero Science-Based Targets and How to Join the SBTi Business Ambition for 1.5°C

In advance of the upcoming Paris Agreement 5th anniversary, this session will walk you through a detailed overview of why setting the most ambitious science-based targets (SBTs) matters. The session will also describe the commitment model used by the SBTi Business Ambition for 1.5°C Campaign for net-zero targets and 1.5°C aligned SBTs. Finally, an overview of the key criteria used for setting SBTs and opportunities that come from setting SBTs will be offered. This session is hosted by CDP’s Commit to Action Campaign and the SBTi team.
