NDCs and SBTs: Sharing Experiences on the Race to Net-Zero

Date: 18 November 2020
Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am Europe/London
Location: Online

Countries are preparing their updated Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and Long-Term Emission Reduction Strategies. Companies are setting, implementing, and/or updating their own emission reduction targets through net-zero announcements and science-based targets (SBTs). This event will bring together government planners and company strategists to share experiences on the road to net-zero, to discuss the role of Nature-based Solutions, and to deliver climate positive value chains. The intended outcome is a better understanding of how leading businesses and government can work together to drive all companies to deliver on a 1.5°C future.

The webinar will include a talk and an interactive session. This event is part of the “Roadmap to COP 26/Glasgow” theme of London Climate Action Week 2020. Visit the LCAW 2020 website to see all events.
