In this one-hour webinar,åÊNate Aden from WRI presentedåÊpathways for reducing industrial subsectorsÛª GHG emissions to a level commensurate with limiting average warming in this century to 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels. The webinar included subsector pathways for iron and steel, electricity generation, cement, and pulp and paper subsectors based on Sector Decarbonization Approach, absolute contraction, and Greenhouse gas emissions per unit of value added (ÛÏGEVAÛ) methods. åÊPaola Delgado Luna (WWF) and Nicole Labutong (CDP) also contributed to the webinar.
