Roberta Barbieri

Roberta Barbieri, PepsiCo’s Vice President for Global Sustainability, has over 30 years of experience in environmental sustainability in the food and beverage industry. In her role with PepsiCo, Roberta is accountable for developing and executing PepsiCo’s environmental sustainability strategy, including the company’s net zero greenhouse gas emissions strategy and its positive water impact strategy.

Roberta has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Conservation, a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, and a second Master's degree in Environmental Science.
