Dr. Kae Takase

Kae Takase (Ph. D) is Senior Coordinator of Renewable Energy Institute, Japan. Previously she was Associate Director of CDP Worldwide-Japan, leading corporates & investors engagement to set science-based targets (SBT) including the way to estimate & reduce scope 3 and Land-based emissions, procure renewable electricity (RE100), disclose TCFD-aligned sustainability information to the mainstream report.

She has worked as modelling analysits in the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan, Resarch Institute of Innovative Technology for the Earth, and Center for Low Carbon Society Strategy under Japan Science and Technology Agency, specialized in Integrated Assessment Models, General Equilibrium Models, and Energy System Models.
