Christina Downend

Christina has over 14 years of experience in embedding climate change considerations and action into public and private sector organisations. Most recently Christina has been working to support the transformation of the food industry to become operationally sustainable and their sourcing regenerative. Christina led the project that saw Tesco become the first company to set an SBTi approved carbon reduction target aligned to 1.5 degrees in 2017 and has gone onto work closely with the agricultural supply chain to support continued decarbonisation.
