Chendan is the Research Analyst II for the Science based Targets Initiative at WRI’s Business Center, which seeks to increase the private sector’s ambition to reduce GHG emissions. She conducts technical review of company targets and contributes to knowledge products related to science-based GHG target setting.
Chendan has experience in environmental consulting, innovation consulting, and international environmental policy research. Previously, she helped publicly-traded companies disclose Environmental, Social, and Governance information and managed the product development process for the first silkworm-protein based food in China. She also evaluated the quality of China’s public environmental data and scoped the potential of emerging technologies to fill key data gaps.
Chendan received a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University in New Haven, CT.
