Mackensie is the Pipeline Associate at the SBTi, providing support to companies during their target validation journey. She is an energetic team-player, lifelong learner, data nerd with 10 years of experience in the nonprofit industry. From customer success work to transitioning teams onto automatized operational processes, such as CRM systems and other software implementation projects, Mackensie has an extensive history in operational development.

Mackensie is excited to be working with SBTi because her passion for building great teams, which tackle difficult problems and create innovative solutions to make a positive difference in the world. In her free time Mackensie enjoys the outdoors, going to concerts and traveling.
