Behrouz Nouri

Behrouz is an Energy Sector Manager for the SBTi, working for WRI. In this role, he will utilize his energy sector expertise and knowledge to lead the development of standards, guidance, tools, and technical resources to support science-based target-setting methods for the energy industry. Behrouz has previously worked as a technology and innovation manager at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI), where he led technology road-mapping and strategic planning for the energy industry.

He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, as well as two Master's degrees in Technology Management and Environmental and Energy Management from the University of Twente, and currently resides in the Netherlands.
