Andrea De La Puente

Andrea De La Puente is the new Grants and Finance Specialist leading the grant and financial management for all SBTi projects within WRI.

Prior to joining WRI, Andrea worked for the Department of Public Health, Los Angeles, where she managed the Center for Disease Control (CDC) grants to tackle COVID-19 emerging needs at the county level. She has also worked at the University of Southern California as a Grants and Travel Associate, Ernst and Young, Kaiser Permanente, and Wells Fargo bank. Andrea is very excited to contribute her personal and professional skills to tackle climate issues.

Andrea holds an Honors BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, hiking, traveling, cooking, listening to music, and taking zumba classes.
