Lisa Grice is an internationally known expert who advises CEOs and senior teams on approaches to connect sustainability and business strategies to realize business and societal benefit. A collaborative leader, she drives game-changing sustainability performance for public and private sector clients – developing and implementing sustainability strategies that also drive brand equity, operational efficiency, and stakeholder value.
A results-oriented innovator, she originates breakthrough sustainability practices for clients including a pioneering strategy to help Millipore Sigma credibly and cost effectively create greener chemical alternatives. Paved the way for hundreds of global companies, such as GM and United Technologies to complete their first ever GHG inventories and achieve GHG reduction goals as a part of the ground-breaking Climate Leaders Program, developed for the USEPA. Enabled a “Game-Changer for the Publishing Industry” when National Geographic Society decided to incorporate recycled paper into the magazine as a result of technical and facilitation work with NGS, NRDC and other stakeholders. Under contract to WBCSD she served as an advisor for the creation of WRI/WBCSD’s Supply Chain and Product Footprinting Protocols, and has taught graduate level life cycle analysis (LCA) at the Colorado School of Mines.
